Context and objectives

www.myrosebuddha.com is a Canadian DNVB which design and sell eco conscious yoga apparel. After attending the Canadian show “Dans l’oeil du dragon” which presents local start-ups. They started to experience good traction and revenue growth. THe objective was to accompany this growth, implement best practices and set up the right processes and tools.

Main activities

From Jan 2021 to Feb 2022, I had the pleasure to advise the Rose Buddha founders as an eCommerce advisor. My role was to guide the strategic choices on any aspect of the business to ensure steady growth while meeting best practices. 

  • Traffic acquisition strategy was revised and professionalized (SEO, paid, social, email…) 
  • Website design and functionalities was rethinked and optimized, considering shopify limits
  • Content were enriched 
  • KPIs and dashboard were set up
  • Customer data management was professionalized thanks to Hubspot implementation

Results

Within the period, Rose Buddha scaled from $1M to $2M+ CAD.

Daily operations were drastically improved ; the team in place is now much better equipped to keep on growing and capturing new markets.
